ABOUT ACQUIRING LAND

“Our Motherland is extensive, but there is not a single hectare of your land where you can create a corner of Paradise for your children and descendants. And yet the time has now come when we must begin acting on this cause. And take advantage of the most favorable of all the existing laws.”

“We can start by taking it for a shorter span of time, but we need at once to plan a law so that everyone may have his own parcel of ground, his own Motherland. Whether or not and to what degree the country flourishes as a state depends on this. And if there is no appropriate law at the moment, well, you will have to make one.”

Vladimir, "There’s no way they can settle the land question."

“Then if there is no party capable of enshrining into law everyone’s right to their Motherland, you will have to form such a party.”

Vladimir, "And who will set it up?"

“Those who will read about the home we are creating and become aware of what a Motherland means to each one, to each Man living today, and to the future of the whole Earth.”

Anastasia Eco-Settlement Project
We are uniting Permaculture, Biodynamics, Starseeds, indigenous ways, shamanic traditions, magic and the teachings of Anastasia.  We are proceeding in consonance with the guidance of Anastasia in Book 4, CO-CREATION, Chapters 27 & 28, pages 153-162 as it regards the specific design of a Kin's Domain (or Family Domain).  ORDER THE BOOKS HERE.  For some information available on the Web regarding Anastasia's teachings on specific topics:

What began as the Anastasia Eco-Settlement Project (aka Motherland Project) of Living Oneness Foundation has found a home in Northern California.  This gathering of good and bright souls has formed a community called Shambhala – Shasta Community.

Shambhala – Shasta Community has four major components:

  • Shambhala Garden Club – All members of Shambhala – Shasta Community who have undergone our "Exploring Relationship" first step and then successfully completed our "Doorways Intake" retreat become members of the Shambhala Garden Club.  As club member, we provide many services for our community, share our knowledge with others, and are responsible for tending to the Forest Garden Domains, the Nature Preserve and our Community Gardens and Nurseries.  We encourage the public to become involved with our projects as a fun learning and sharing experience.

  • Shambhala Nature Preserve - our Motherland that is kept in a natural state for conservation reasons where the welfare of plants and animals is more important than any other uses.

  • Shambhala Ecovillage Research & Educational Project - our ecovillage project is a 25-year research & educational study on our intent to be a socially, economically and ecologically sustainable intentional community. This study will be conducted under the auspices and sponsorship of an accredited agricultural and environmental studies program of a major institution of higher learning in cooperation with the county and state.  For the first stage of our first phase, our aim is for an initial population of 13-22 families (50-150 people organized in hamlets forming one village) because this size is considered to be the maximum social network according to findings from sociology and anthropology.  The intent is for each family to co-create their own Forest Garden Domain (Space of Love) on their chosen 1-hectare (2.47 acre) plot of land adhering to the alchemical guidelines outlined by Anastasia in Book 4 Co-Creation, Chapters 26-28, pgs.150-162 of the Ringing Cedar book series.  (Buy the books here:  http://ringingcedars.com/)

  • Shambhala Nature Conservancy - our dedicated cooperative for the conservation and protection of trees, plants, animals, soil, waters, creeks and natural resources through various means, which may or may not include the actual acquisition of land or easements.  The conservancy maintains jurisdiction over the navigation of our airspace, land and waterways.  Shambhala Nature Conservancy promotes stewardship of the natural and cultural resources of Northern California; gathers information about Northern California’s natural and cultural resources; organizes educational and outdoor recreational activities, and explores the potential for forming a municipal Conservation Commission.

We are united by shared ecological, social and spiritual values. We are composed of people who have chosen an alternative to centralized power, water and sewage systems. The breakdown of traditional forms of community, wasteful consumerist lifestyles, the destruction of natural habitat, urban sprawl, factory farming, and over-reliance on fossil fuels are trends that must be changed to avert ecological disaster. We seek to prove the viability and sustainability of our small-scale community with minimal yet greatly beneficent ecological impact as an alternative for today and the future.

Our ecovillage is defined as a human-scale, full-featured settlement, in which human activities are harmlessly integrated into the natural world, in a way that is supportive of healthy human development, can be successfully continued into the indefinite future, and cultivates multiple centers of initiative.

WHAT WE MAY PLANT AND GROW

In relationship to fostering a greater ease in the action plan towards achievement of our goal:  the CREATION, DEVELOPMENT, ESTABLISHMENT AND SUSTENANCE OF OUR ANASTASIA ECO-SETTLEMENT; WE NEED TO BRING SIX ELEMENTS INTO ALIGNMENT.

I.  Community
  • Are we getting there (our mission, goals, objectives)?
  • If not, what do we have to do to get there?
II.  Government
  • Can we get it done?
  • If not, what needs to be done to get it done?
III.  Science
  • Can we prove it?
  • If not, what needs to be done to prove it?
IV.  Business
  • Are we getting things done?
  • If not, what must be done to do so?
V.  Finance
  • Are the bills being paid?
  • If not, what must be done to pay them?
VI.  Neighborhood
  • Are we getting along well?
  • If not, what do we have to do to all get along beautifully with our outlying neighbors and the greater community?

Here are the first steps we ask of those who wish to visit our chosen Motherland and decide to become part of Shambhala – Shasta Community.

I.  READ ALL THE BOOKS please.  Doing so will answer 90% of your questions and will give you a clear picture of what we are about.  (Buy the books here:  http://ringingcedars.com/)
  • Book 1:  Anastasia
  • Book 2:  Ringing Cedars of Russia
  • Book 3:  Space of Love
  • Book 4:  Co-Creation
  • Book 5:  Who Are We?
  • Book 6:  The Book of Kin
  • Book 7:  The Energy of Life
  • Book 8, Part 1:  The New Civilization
  • Book 8, Part 2:  Rites of Love

II.  Sign up as a Prospective Steward using either one of the links above and below numbered 1 and 2.

III.  Remit a minimum $500.00 deposit along with your sign-up sheet.  (The $500.00 minimum represents a good faith gesture on your part, your willingness to begin the intake process in order to become a pioneer settler, and is credited towards the purchase of your forest garden domain.  It is fully refundable if you do not complete our Doorways Intake retreat.  Please note that in lieu of the volume of calls and responses for settlement, your $500.00 minimum deposit also allows us to release some proprietary and confidential information to you.  It also allows you to come and visit the land -- arrangements made through our Travel Coordinator.  Remitting your deposit grants you the following: The status as committed Pioneer Settler to our vision, mission, agreements, organization and processes, The status as provisional founding member of the 1st Community Council. An assigned number slot in the domain selection (contingent upon completion of intake process), Membership into our private discussion forum on the project acquisition and development.

IV.  Commit to "Exploring Relationship" with our community where it is important for there to be alignment in five major areas.  People interested in stepping into the "Exploring Relationship" process need to not only (1) bond with the members in our community, (2) our vision / mission / code of Life and Living, (3) our particular location, (4) our community culture, which embodies the co-creative dynamic – and these are all calibrated and activated by (5) simply reading the Ringing Cedar series of books on Anastasia - thus you will understand the consciousness behind this movement.  It will take some time to get familiar with our community culture in order to make sure that it’s really something that’s a fit.

In addition, it’s important to note that it’s not just that the people interested in becoming Community Stewards (Members) resonate with what we’re about; it’s also how we resonate with them.  And it doesn’t matter what their experience is or what their skills are. They may be wonderful people, but there’s got to be a real fit here, and that’s what’s most unique about who we are, which is how we resonate with each other. The harmonics, if you will, that vibrate when all of us are together in the community is so special.

V.  Join us in our "Doorways Intake Retreat Week".
Once you have done the above, you will be asked to make a commitment toward the stewarding of your own Forest Garden Domain and a date will be scheduled for your attending the "Doorways Intake" retreat wherein:  (1) we deepen our connection and commitment to our vision and each other; (2) we spend a week on our Motherland to go over all agreements and documents, (3) you select a one of the available Forest Garden plots; and (4) we formalize our agreements.  Prior to the attendance, you will receive our Proprietary Full Information Booklet which you will be asked:

  • To have read in full prior to attendance, and
  • To bring your mailed original copy to the retreat.

The current value of one (1) Forest Garden plot (one hectare minimum) is UX44,000.

*UX - Units of Exchange (approximately equivalent to the US$).

All the wisdom of the Universe is included forever in each soul right from the moment it is created.  It is just that wise men slyly intellectualize for their own interests, and thereby lead people away from the most important thing.”

Vladimir asks, “From ‘the most important thing’?  But what is the most important thing?”

The most important thing is that even today everyone can build a home.  Every one can feel God with their soul and live in Paradise.  One single moment is what separates Paradise from people living on the Earth today.  Each one possesses conscious awareness within. When dogmas do not interfere with this awareness, what can come to pass . . . . . within themselves they will define the essence of the Earth, and become aware of their destined purpose. . . . . . . . The thought of each one of them will be brought into contact with the thought of God.  The gates of Paradise will open.

“We shall build a home together with those who into contact with your written words will later come.  All human thought will merge into one.  Believe me; people have God’s ability within them to turn what they conceive into reality.  And many a home will stand upon the land.  And each one in their homes will be able to grasp everything first hand.  They will be able to feel and understand the aspirations of the Divine dream.  We shall build a home!  I and you and all of them.
— Anastasia (of the Siberian Taiga)

"Take Back Your Motherland, People!"

Shambhala

"Let us think together what we can say to the people of this whole city you are concerned about, how we can learn to break through to each one's heart and soul . . ."

"And what do you want to say to each one of them?"

"That together they will all be able to re-create Shambhala."

"And just what might this Shambhala be?  Elaborate more precisely."

"People have been looking for aeons for a holy place on the Earth.  They think that it is called Shambhala, that anyone there can link with the wisdom of the Universe.  But no one has ever been able to find Shambhala, though seekers have galloped through many foreign nations looking for it.  And find it they will not, as long as they look for it therein, for ever since time began, Shambhala has been recreated -- both within each one and in its outward manifestation -- by Man."
